Where can I book tickets?

At each port, we have a sales office where you can purchase them. You can also book yoru tickets online via this website! Just choose the date you want to book in the calendar and your trip options will appear.

What do I do if the boat doesn't sail due to bad weather?

Go to the ticket office and they can change the date for you. If yu are not available to change the date we will refund the ticket.

When are the swim stops?

We generally start swim stops in mid-May until the end of September. It depends on on the weather conditions. Please check at the sales offices for updated information.

What time should I arrive at the port?

IF YOU HAVE A TICKET

Please arrive 5 minutes before the departure time, it is more than enough.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE TICKET

Please arrive  15-20 minutes early to avoid rushing.

Is there food and drink service on the boat?

We have a bar and snacks service on board our Glass Bottom Boats, Moon Paradise and Moon Adventure. Ask our onboard officers about all available products.

What do I need to bring for the boat excursion?

  • Bring your swimsuit (if you want to swim) and the desire to enjoy. If it's cool, it's advisable to bring a light jacket. 

  • Remember that breezes on the boat can make the sun feel less strong so ensure you hav adequate sun cream.  

  • If you suffer from sea sickness please take sickness tablets before you sail.

What does "GLASSBOTTOM" mean?

Our boats have underwater vision with  large glass windows on the side of the boat for viewing the sealife under the water. The floor of the boat is not made from glass.

Can I get off the boat and visit any place or is it just a tour?

You can choose a Boat Trip, where you don’t get off the boat and you return to the same departure point. Or you can choose trips where you can visit Porto Cristo or Cala Millor on the Glass Bottom Boat Trips, or Cala Millor or Cala Ratjada on the Cala Ratajda Express Boat

Are the trips suitable for everyone?

The glass bottom Boat Trips departing on Moon Paradise and Moon Adventure (From Calas de Mallorca, Porto Cristo, Sa Coma, Cala Millor and Cala Bona) Are suitable for all the family and are accessible for wheelchairs. The Cala Ratjada Express is a smaller speedboat that can get bumpy, it’s not suitable if you have back or neck problems or have mobility issues.
